We make stampings and pressings with very complicated 3D forms from strip & wire. Stampings & pressings are manufactured to customers requirements and specifications. Design & material assistance. Complete in-house tooling and secondary operations. Materials: Strip and wire by EN, DIN, GOST. Carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, phosphor bronze, brass & all other spring materials. Material dimensions: - Strip with thickness up to 2 mm and width up to 140 mm - Round wire with a diameter up to 6.5 mm Machines: Automatic machines BIHLER (Germany) that allow perfect interaction of the greatest possible number of automated production processes on one machine. Feeding, stamping, bending, tapping, screw fastening, welding, assembling... Heat treatment: Depends on the used material. Coatings: According to customer's request Heat treatment lines (DEGUSSA, others). Special-purpose machines etc |
